WHAT IS ELF ON THE SHELF?
The Elf on the Shelf was started by Carol Aebersold and her daughter Chanda Bell, who published the book in 2005. It has become a Holiday tradition for families all over the world!
The Elf typically arrives on December 1st and each night then he returns to the North Pole to report if the children have been naughty or nice to Santa. When the elf returns in the morning he will move to a new spot, waiting for the children to find him.
If you’re looking for some elvish inspiration, then look no further! It can be a challenge to keep your ideas creative for the entire month. We’ve compiled some easy and funny Elf on the Shelf ideas that your kids will love from blog readers and Mom of 3 Shay M.
