LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston has opened a brand new interactive building area, Space Mission, in March. This will be the second addition to the attraction since its opening in May 2014, the first was LEGO® Ninjago Training Camp which opened last March.
Space Mission will offer an intergalactic building experience where visitors can explore alien worlds built entirely out of thousands of LEGO bricks. Guests will also be able to build and launch their own space rocket and take over the controls of Mission HQ.
“We are the first U.S. location to get the new Space Mission and think visitors are going to love the new building area,” said David Gilmore, General Manager, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston. “There are unique pieces in the area that you can’t find anywhere else in our attraction and children can let their imaginations takeoff to explore a new world.”
Space Mission is housed in a rotating exhibit space that will feature a different installation each year. Space Mission will be at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston through the end of 2016.
LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston is open daily at 10 am. Advance tickets are suggested to guarantee admission and can be purchased online at www.legolanddiscoverycenter.com/boston
