We were provided free admission to Winter Reimagined at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in exchange for this review. As always. all opinions are my own.
Just 6 miles away from our home is Tower Hill Botanic Garden. How had I overlooked visiting in the past?!
Tower Hill is a year-round garden paradise nestled on 132 acres in Boylston, Massachusetts. At Tower Hill, you will find one of the finest collections of woody and herbaceous plants, both native and exotic, hardy and non-hardy.
Last night Owen and I visited Tower Hill Botanic Garden for the first time together. We had a wonderful time strolling through the indoor gardens, admiring the beautifully decorated Christmas trees adorned with thousands of ornaments crafted from recycled materials and walking through the winter wonderland of lights in the outdoor gardens!
The milk jug igloo was the perfect spot to sit and take a break! Fun children’s crafts, a scavenger hunt and story walk are also part of the experience.
If you happen to need a little snack during your visit hot beverages and cookies are available for purchase in the lobby. We warmed up with a nice cup of cocoa, which we sipped in the The Limonaia (Lemon Garden) before heading back outside.
Winter Reimagined is Tower Hill Botanic Garden’s celebration of light, nature, and seasonal cheer. Now in its 19th year, it is their largest annual fundraiser helping their nonprofit fund operations, teach people about the value of plants, and continue to be an advocate for the natural world in our community and beyond.
This weekend – January 2nd & 3rd is your last chance to visit! I definitely recommend heading over Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the display for its finale weekend!
*Remember to arrive early as it tends to get crowded at the night goes on. We arrived at 3:30 and had no wait. We spent approx. 2 hours exploring.
